Shops-in-shape
Are your shops in shape?
Shops-in-shape is an evaluation of the concept of a retail chain. A consultant from IQS visits your shops and evaluates them from A-Z. Subsequently an evaluation is made, stating if each single shop lives up to the expectations of your chain.

You decide if focus should be on cleanliness, presentation of goods, prices, sold out goods, lighting, or something completely different.

Boost your performance...
Shops-in-shape gives you an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of each shop, and thereby also of which shops are ready to face the customers. With shops-in-shape, you are able to evaluate the settings of the sales area, but also of the stocks and other areas behind the shop. Shops-in-shape can be used as a starting point for training your staff and checking if the shops live up to your chain’s concept demands.

It can be very profitable to combine shops-in-shape with mystery shopping, as you for example can get your service and the order in your shops evaluated at the same time.

Shops-in-shape procedure
A typical shops-in-shape evaluation involves the following steps:

:: The questionnaire is worked out in cooperation with the customer on the basis of the areas that the customer wishes to focus on.
:: IQS’ consultant visits the customer’s shops, and one visit usually takes 3 to 6 hours. The consultant makes him-/herself known to the sales staff and subsequently carries out the evaluation of each shop by filling in a questionnaire.
:: The collected data is processed. IQS analyses and treats the material, taking the specific needs and wishes of the customer into account.
:: IQS reports back to the customer and presents the finished report. The results of previous shops-in-shape evaluations are included in the report, enabling every single shop to evaluate its development over a certain period of time.
