An anonymous employee from IQS visits your shops and acts completely as any other customer while carrying out certain observations. After each visit, our employee fills in a questionnaire in which all the points that you have chosen to focus on are evaluated.

Furthermore, brand check can be used to register if any groceries in the shops are not part of your product range any more or have expired the sell-by date. Brand check procedure
All material used in connection with brand check is treated confidentially. A typical brand check evaluation involves the following steps:
:: The questionnaire is worked out in cooperation with the customer on the basis of the areas that the customer wishes to focus on.
:: IQS' employee visits the customer's shops, and after each visit s/he fills in a questionnaire with his/her observations. The employee always acts anonymously and on the same level as other customers.
:: The collected data is processed. IQS analyses and treats the material, taking the specific needs and wishes of the customer into account.
:: IQS reports back to the customer and presents the finished report. The results of previous brand check evaluations are included in the report, enabling every single shop to evaluate its development over a certain period of time.
