Feel the pulse of your organisation
An employee analysis is a tool for evaluating how satisfied your employees are with their jobs. A questionnaire is worked out, and all employees get the opportunity to fill in this questionnaire. In this way, you will be able to identify your employees’ level of satisfaction and their expectations to their work place. Furthermore, you give them the opportunity to state their opinions about matters or issues which are usually left unsaid.
You decide, if focus should be on the employees’ satisfaction with the indoor climate, health insurance, the relationship between management and employees, the staff restaurant, further training, tasks, allocation of responsibilities, or something completely different.
Boost your performance...
In other words, you get an accurate and well-documented basis for making decisions and preparing a future strategy for the human resource development in your company. The better you know your employees, the easier it will be for you to motivate them. You can target employee courses more accurately, and the employee analysis can also help you to follow up on the courses previously held and to monitor the continuous development of your employees.
By carrying out an employee analysis, you will be able to evaluate if your own and your employees’ expectations are in agreement. With a thorough knowledge of your employees, you can create a solid foundation for the development of your company and company culture.
Employee analysis procedure
All material used in connection with our employee analyses is treated confidentially. A typical employee analysis involves the following steps:
:: IQS gathers information about the company, staff groups, areas of competence, etc. In cooperation with the customer, a questionnaire is worked out, and a number of employees are interviewed. On the basis of these interviews, the questionnaire is adjusted.
:: IQS sends the questionnaire to each employee in the company, or the questionnaire is filled in online.
:: The collected data is processed. IQS analyses and treats the material, taking the specific needs and wishes of the customer into account.
:: IQS reports back to the customer and presents the finished report. The results of previous employee analyses are included in the report, enabling the customer to evaluate the development over a certain period of time.
