IQS - International Quality Systems - is a Danish company, owned by private investors. We carry out performance analyses in more than 38 different countries all over the world. We mainly operate within the retail industry. We carry out analyses for the largest retail chains in Scandinavia, and for major international companies as well as Scandinavian companies operating abroad.
Since the company was founded in 1997, IQS has achieved a leading position within mystery shopping and face-to-face interviews in Scandinavia.
In IQS’ head office in Copenhagen and in our office in Århus, more than 25 highly skilled and specialised employees take care of project management, collection of data, data processing, and reporting. Approximately 1000 well-educated employees worldwide are responsible for the collection of data through mystery shopping and interviews.
Ethics
We experience that our customers’ employees react positively to our performance evaluations. In order to achieve the best results, we encourage our customers to inform their employees and any employee organization involved that mystery evaluations take place. Furthermore, we recommend that the parties involved are informed about the purpose of the evaluation. Your employees will feel more secure when the concept is demystified.
The mystery evaluations must be used constructively to identify the areas where it for example would be an advantage to make an effort, e.g. to carry out targeted training. It is a great advantage to repeat the mystery evaluations over a long period of time to be able to see a development in the measured parameters.
